Payments

Credit & Debit Cards: All major credit & debit cards worldwide using a secure payment provider. Personal and card details are not stored or shared with any third party. I use Stripe to process payments. You can see their privacy policy here.

Paypal: This secure service gives you, the customer, full protection against fraud.

Delivery

Yes, I post internationally. However, I am unable to post to PO Boxes.

If you item is custom made, please see the item description for lead times. If the item is in pre-made, it will be shipped within 1-3 working days of your order confirmation date.

If you are in the UK, please allow up to a week for your parcel to arrive. If you are outside of the UK, please allow a little longer for items to arrive. I use Royal Mail for most International and National deliveries. For large or expedited international delivery, I use Transglobal Express.

If you are in the UK, yes. I can send items first class or special delivery. Drop me an email at hello@chicmouldings.com and let me know how I can help you. I may not always be able to provide a next day delivery, but will be happy to get your order prioritised for you.

Please allow at least a week for your item to arrive (Longer outside the UK) If your item still hasn’t arrived, please feel free to email me at hello@chicmouldings.com to discuss.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, shipping to international destinations can be delayed. Parcels may get caught up in customs backlogs. Please check with your local postal agent to find out what delays are. Royal Mail asks to allow at least 30 working days before declaring the parcel lost.

The USA and Canada seem to be particularly affected by this due to customs delays.

I can ship using DHL via Transglobal Express, but for small packages this is costly.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

I take great care to pack each parcel well for shipping, but should the worst happen, please contact me & I  will be happy to discuss a solution.

Thankfully, resin mouldings are very easy to repair with a little superglue if they have snapped.

Please get in touch ASAP if you want to cancel your order. If your item hasn’t been sent, I am happy to cancel your order & refund your payment. 

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me to discuss.

If you have changed your mind and would like to return them, please send them back in their original condition. I will be happy to refund the purchase price, excluding the postage costs.

Please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your order is a custom order, it cannot be returned. Please also check the product page description for any conditions relating solely to that product.

PLEASE NOTE: I cannot accept items back after 21 days.
